10+ years experience
Ajay Adhikari
Senior Project Program Manager | PMP® Trainer
Senior Project Program Manager at Adex International
Ajay Adhikari has spent over 10 years managing projects, teams, and business operations in Nepal. He's PMP® certified, currently works as a Senior Project Program Manager at Adex International, and teaches project management course at UpSkills Nepal.
About the role
Ajay joined Adex International in February 2024 and now leads projects and cross-functional teams there. Most of his work is about helping teams run smoothly: working well with people and fixing processes that slow things down. Before Adex, he spent three and a half years as a Project Manager at General Technology Pvt. Ltd. and three years in business development at LABA. At UpSkills Nepal, he teaches project management using what he actually deals with on the job.
Learning by Doing
Ajay keeps his classes practical. He walks learners through a project from start to finish: how it begins, how it gets planned, and how to handle risks, scope changes, and stakeholders when things don't go to plan.
He's careful to keep things simple. Whether you're new to project management or already working in a team, you'll leave with skills you can use at work the next day, including how to lead people and communicate clearly.
