  • Recruit the right talent. Create job descriptions, develop a recruitment strategy, and employ the recruitment process.

  • Design onboarding plans and conduct offboarding sessions.

  • Use KRAs, KPIs, and priorities to manage performance, and establish improvement plans.

  • Develop your team. Run training needs analysis and measure training results.

  • Manage employee relations. Deal with conflicts and develop engagement and feedback initiatives.

  • Negotiate salary packages with EPF, SSF, professional tax, and insurance claims.

  • Update and develop HR policies. Develop clear SOPs and update policies.

  • Create reports and simple reports in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Use AI tools for job descriptions, candidate screening, and training materials. Utilize AI tools for job description creation, candidate screening, and training content.

  • Implement HR software. Record leave and payroll in an HRMS and source talent on LinkedIn.
