1. Enrollment Consent

By enrolling in Upskills Nepal, students agree to follow all rules mentioned in the Finance Policy.

2. Payment Terms

Full payments or installments must be made as agreed. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or withholding of certificates.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are processed only according to policy rules. No refund will be made for personal reasons or absence.

4. Batch Changes

Requests for a change of batch are accepted only as per policy. Students must provide valid reasons for changes after the course starts.

5. Certificate Issuance

Certificates are issued only after the fulfillment of all financial and academic requirements.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students must submit accurate personal/payment information. They must retain receipts until course completion and avoid fraudulent or unethical actions.

7. Data Privacy

All the financial data of students will be kept confidential. Information may only be shared with banks or legal authorities if required.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any financial disputes, they are to be submitted via official email or WhatsApp. Decisions of management will be final and binding.

9. Acceptance of Amendments

Students must agree to comply with any policy amendments that are communicated through official channels.
